“Annie Mawson’s Sunbeams Music Trust provides community music therapy and education for young people who are affected by an illness or a disability, with a team of specially trained musicians who lead workshops across Cumbria.
Children have been going to Sunbeams Music Trust for many years, some parents started bringing their children when they were babies.
This BBC Children in Need funded project will deliver music sessions for young people affected by illness and disabled young people, along with their families in Cumbria, leading to improved communication skills, emotional well-being and family relationships.”
